It's getting closer to the end of summer and Gustopher is doing his best to get in as much summer fun as he can.

Narration: Things to do before summer ends. Visit the beach.

Gustopher is running along the beach and waving his arms in the air. 7/10 beach activity.

Panel 2

Narration: Play video games with friends.

Now in Gustopher's entertainment room, Gustopher, Hannah, Olivia, and Liam are all playing video games. Hannah seems to have done something particularly shocking as Gustopher seems to be yelling. Hannah smiles mischievously. Liam is unbothered and focus on the game. Olivia appears to have no idea what's going on.

They've decided to relax a little before going out. Seth immediately starts looking for something to watch.

Daryl is in his backyard for a little get together with his friends and family. He's watching his husband, Seth, talk to August. Daryl begins to contemplate where he is in life.

Daryl (thinking): It hurts when the people who are supposed to love you the most reject the most important people in your life.

Panel 2

Daryl turns to see his daughter, Hannah, playing with her friends Liam, Gustopher, and Olivia. Gustopher is holding a ball above his head and Hannah looks like she's trying to get it from him. Olivia also appears to making a motion to grab the ball.

Daryl (thinking): I thought I'd lose everything without my parent's approval. I thought I wouldn't have a family anymore.

Panel 3

Daryl's brother, Terry, has wandered over to show Daryl the new design he made for his band's merch. He has a tank top on with the word "FORK" on top of a giant fork. Terry is very proud of this. Graphic design is his passion.

Daryl (thinking): That's not what happened. I still have my brother. I'm a husband and a father. I'm finally making friends.

Everyone is running around and having fun. Daryl puts his arm around his husband as Hannah tries to get his attention to tell him something. Daryl smiles.

Heavy Conversation - Gator Days

Panel 1

Daryl is feeling insecure and begins discussing his weight with Seth. Seth is used to these types of conversations and keeps the majority of his attention on the work he's doing on his laptop.

Daryl: I think I've put on weight. Would you still love me if I gained 100 pounds.

Seth: Yes.

Panel 2

Daryl is not satisfied with this answer. He begins to construct another situation. Seth sets a timer on his phone see how long this conversation goes.

Daryl: Maybe you just like fat guys. Would you love if I lost 100?

Seth: Yes.

Panel 3

The true source of Daryl's insecurity rises to the surface. Seth can tell that this is the actual core of Daryl's concerns and gives him his full attention.

Daryl: What if I got sick and couldn't take care of myself.

Seth: I'll always love you.

Panel 4

Daryl is satisfied but needs to construct another scenario.

Daryl: And if I finished the ice cream?

Seth: Divorce.

Seth pulls out his credit card and begins to order ice cream.
