[ Mem of Mem ] All of the actual entries are filtered out, but this is the single table version of the structure. Lots of empty cells in most cases and a tiny bit of editing left to do, but I can fork off a clean template very easily from this. I can't think of many more ways to simplify usefully.

[ Mem ] I'm going cross-eyed, but I think this is a good base? It's really hard to reduce concepts so it stays flexible later. I also have to decide when there isn't a further granulation that shouldn't be an associated item instead.

hi :3 There's still a lot we have to look at, but stuff like the drawing and "FX" tools from Grafx2. The smear FX is a big one, since it can be used with most drawing tools + brushes and it preserves the color and pixel information (it only ever moves/exchanges pixels)

mounting pen display upside down makes unmounting much easier and we've got shortcuts for screen rotation and quick switching for pen pressure profiles now any time we pass a usability hurdle we doodle, so have some shapes

a good woim reminded us that we were making a lcars mouse cursor theme at one point and so we guess we're working on that again. We feel we did actually do a good job capturing the originally stated design principles even though a mouse cursor is a very un-strar trek thing

Historically this is a bad approach and a fragile source of optimism. The printing press, textile automation, and the camera were well hated, some to the point of violent direct action, and still became normalized in a generation or two. That was despite the very high cost and rare accessibility.

There's a lot of talk about how "it's inevitable" and "everyone's using it" in regards to gAI and I think it's pretty clear folk are misjudging just how much hatred there is toward it, the more the industry fucks with our jobs, tech, prices, privacy.
