I’ve voted in Kansas from abroad! 🇺🇸 As a U.S. citizen overseas, I can email my ballot, but I must waive ballot privacy. One question asks whether non-citizens should be allowed to vote in Kansas. I see that as a slippery slope with serious implications. Thanks VoteFromAbroad!

I spent time in Kansas, where checks of tornado sirens happen every Friday at 12. So I'm "used to it". But when I hear them here in Berlin, I think about what it must be like to live in a country like Iraq, Ukraine, the Emirates, etc, where sirens are daily business due to an aggressor. Scary shit.

I know that feeling. I have a GTS and a Sprint 125 (smallbody). I get closer and closer everyday to saying goodbye to the GTS. Much harder to just flick through the Berlin traffic with the heavier one.

I went through it all. Horrific anxiety ramped up in early 50s. It crippled me. I’ve been so even-keeled all my life, I didn’t know how to handle it. Went to my family doctor - a woman - “don’t worry about it, get some CBT”. This book helped. I should give one to all lady friends of a certain age.
