ANYTHING besides "the moment an enemy crits the combat has to get nerfed" and "people don't prepare for their turns ahead of time so we're cutting most combat from future encounters because it takes too long". Happens every campaign. And then wargame players hate RP...

Ubisoft are the kings of sitting on old classics and refusing to update them properly (unless you pay sticker price for "updated" versions which usually compromise something else). I had the exact same issues a few months ago.

A large part of it was that there's like 2 or 3 "semi-open" levels and the rest of it is a bunch of linear hallways where you play as Bald Sam Fisher. If it hadn't been given the Hitman name it would have been better for the game and the franchise imo.

Been working on a lot of Horus Heresy stuff this month. Heresy-era Death Guard are a simple scheme, and it feels nice to get an entire unit, or even a vehicle, done in a few hours. Being from 7th, I like the rules, but it doesn't feel like "real Warhammer" without the Xenos armies...

It's outrageous to me that people get mad when they change things, but people also get mad when they don't change things. I'd prefer that the work be transformative, especially in cases where we can still reliably run the original, but if you add or change anything, some dweebs always flip out.
