As a renter we have been in neighborhoods that sent us the newsletter & ones that didn’t. Either way we could only do what our lease permitted (some we got the amenities - pool etc. - others we didn’t) BUT knowing what was going on made us better neighbors! #FreelanceFriends

Someone told me the other day that since searches are now basically AI prompts, the ask must be very specific and if you want something current (not what the AI trained on a couple of years ago). That must be clearly in the prompt so the AI will actually go search for new info. #FreelanceFriends

100% agree. I’m gonna sound like the “old guy” here, but some of the “kids” just don’t have common business manners. How about a two line acknowledgment? “Got your note, don’t have time now, I’ll get back to you.” as opposed to falling off the face of the planet? #FreelanceFriends

This may be a bit off topic, but… Riding down the road, I pushed the mic on the screen saying, “call XXX”, in the past this would have happened. Instead I got a “I can discuss things with you, would you like that?” I gave a resounding, “NO”. As the passenger, I pulled out the phone & made the call.

Yeah, every time we think ‘we should have planted a garden’ we’re reminded of the impossibility of our enjoying the harvest. We didn’t have any apples this year, but last year, the birds pecked them until they fell and then the deer finished them. My husband said they had a pact. #FreelanceFriends

A1: I reach out and ask questions about the additions. I get clarifications on anything I'm not sure about, and then quote them what it will cost for the additional work. Then, negotiate as needed. Most clients don't question an extra fee for extra work. #FreelanceFriends
