Digital art commission for Ellisgoats of their furry oc, Triple, that I believe is a bear hybrid. His color pallet is a veryyyyy soft off white and grey-brown with a green undertone. He’s wearing a fluffy hat with ears (that match his own) on the left of this hat is almost a splat of dessert vibe with an Oreo ontop. He’s wearing a cropped somewhat fitted jacket with a fur lining and fluffy lined short shorts paired with cute leg warmers one matching the mint chocolate chip vibe and the other is striped. His shoes kinda give an Oreo vibe too! And his long striped tail wraps from behind him and under his legs, resting there.

He’s sitting with both legs together with a bit of perspective with his shoes closer to us. His left arm is laying across his left knee while giving out a casual peace sign and his other hand is resting on top of that arm. Triple has a soft curved smile expression while looking at the viewer.

Rabbit nose twitches indicate curiosity or caution. So why do they do that? Every rabbit is extremely farsighted. Their optical system is optimized to see objects 13-20 ft (4-6 m) away, so close-in objects are completely blurry. Their sense of smell does the heavy-lift in investigating.

I limit my furries to warpaint, in the worldbuilding me and my partner do, because I don't know of a realistic way they can have tattoos - but I am a little bit biased, because I do like the fact that they can sweat, which most animals do not, haha.

Matrilineal succession

A continuation of the previous sketch. The same three courtesans from before are bathing and pampering a now-expecting Keeper Atal. All four of them are naked with serene expressions on their faces. Off the side there's a pillow with all of her jewelry, including the emerald circlet above it.

Southern Kaprurun culture is matriarchal. The title of the Keeper is hereditary and passed from mother to daughter, same as most titles and property in caprine-dominated Southern Attica. Women choose partners with clan interests in mind: alliances, genetic diversity and the passing down of useful skills. Polyandry is commonplace - as a form of advancing social status in richer, more powerful clans, and as a survival strategy and pooling of labor and resources in poorer frontier clans.

In the case of the Keeper, her partners are selected from the highest standing males in the Commonwealth, and after determining which ones are more likely to sire female offspring, thus securing succession.
