My desktop doesn't have a USB-C port (too old) so I can't test that adapter, only thing I had was an old USB2.0 one (which is only 100Mbit) I was using for my Switch. It's better on that but still not what it should be. And this only started happening recently.

OK so when I use my laptop with a USB-C Ethernet adapter I get the normal maxed out (25000+) speeds when testing with TwitchTest. When I do it on my desktop through my motherboard's Ethernet port, with the same cable, it sometimes can't even hit 5000kbps stable.
