update: I tried to get an emergency appointment with my psychiatrist, got my former therapist on the line actually instead cus she is on holiday and we had a nice talk. I feel a little better but still far from 100%. She told me if worse comes to shove I can call her. I'll grieve for a few more days

I have never felt pain this intense before in a long time... I grieve for what could've been, even though it was mutual and peaceful, I still feel intense pain. The fire in my heart has gone out and all is left is an empty void... Maybe in another life things could've been different but not here.

Had to cancel my gender clinic appointment for HRT because of the heat (Code red heat warning) the clinic is 2 hours away from me by train and it's too unsafe to go. Now my appointment might not be until September. On to order some more DIY Hormones I guess
