Stephen A Smith was on his show today talking about how the players the Heat sent in the trade should consider retirement because they’re having to go from living in Miami to living in Milwaukee. Same guy who threw a tantrum for having to come to Milwaukee for the finals. Just a terrible dude.

Surprisingly at peace with things after sleeping on it. I think not only was it time, but deep down most of us knew/believed it would happen and had time to prep. Khris trade personally shocked/hurt me more since it was so out of left field

Lots of complicated feelings but I’m just going to leave it with this. The more I think about this, the more annoyed I get. Why the hell would Giannis tweet out the “I’m not fucking leaving” clip after the deadline. Or tweet “anyone miss woj?” meanwhile, he’s demanding a trade. That sucks man. Yuck

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 23/06/2026

It was either trade him or lose him for nothing. He was never going to re sign here

5130

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 23/06/2026

Hard to put into words how much Giannis has meant to me as a sports fan. Truly the best player I’ve ever had the pleasure of watching on one of my teams and the driving force in the only championship I’ve ever seen one of my teams win. He left a massive imprint on Milwaukee.

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 22/06/2026

In case it hasn’t been posted here yet, there’s a video on Twitter of shams saying on ESPN that Giannis told the Bucks he wouldn’t re-sign in MKE. I know we are wary of shams, but if that’s accurate, they need to trade him. Otherwise you lose him for nothing. It’s simple. Awful ending to the saga

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 22/06/2026

Hello again I’ve largely accepted Giannis getting traded. I’ve had years to come to terms with it considering the media has wanted him out since he broke out. That said, I’m not sure I can stomach him going to Boston. I’d maybe have to take an NBA break

I’m not accusing anyone of anything at all but the day after the trade deadline, coming out with a betting market partnership which HEAVILY pushed your trade odds for weeks seems a little icky LMFAO. (I hate how pervasive gambling is now)

1121

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 10/01/2026

It’s hard to wrap my head around the cruelty in the world right now. The government is flat out lying to us all about events we saw take place in front of our own eyes. Fascism. Shit is getting scary. For those of you not on Twitter anymore, take solace. It has been truly disturbing recently.

2120

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 04/12/2025

Quite literally a nightmare scenario. You couldn’t script anything worse. It’s almost comical

190

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 03/12/2025

Imagining a world where the trade happens, the Bucks cannot be too nice to Giannis and take a half assed deal just to make him happy. This is literally make or break for the future of the franchise. You need all the assets you can get

3190

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 03/12/2025

This isn’t GA hate at all. I think that the org has made a number of moves that’ve blown up in their face and looked stupid. That being said I don’t think GA is entirely blameless. Seems like he has had swaying power over a number of bad moves (I.E Adrian Griffin, liking doc/kuz, etc)

I think the Bucks have been cursed post the 2021 title. It might be a deal with the devil sort of situation.

170

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 04/11/2025

Too many all bench lineups. Doc sticks with these butt ass groupings for way too long and we let these leads slip away. It’s especially bad when one of your top subs has been unplayable

YouTube just gave me an un-skipable fully AI generated advertisement for Kalshi and used examples of betting on the government shutdown and on the next hurricane. Things are bleak

060

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 31/10/2025

What an unbelievable win. No Giannis, no problem. Ryan Rollins I love you. AJ Green needs 10 three attempts a game minimum

1220

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 29/10/2025

What a fun game that ended up being. Big win against a good team. MVP Giannis, most improved player Ryan Rollins

1260

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 27/10/2025

Valiant effort from the Bucks tonight but too little too late. The depleted guard depth was felt. Not a game to freak out over. Giannis is an animal

1150

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 26/10/2025

I had to miss the game last night (I have seasonal work scaring people at a haunted forest, great gig) but watching it back yesterday was a joy. These new look Bucks are exciting

090

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 23/10/2025

Anyways, hi guys. Me again. I’ll try and remember to be more active here. Last night was a ton of fun, I really like these new look bucks. Sadly I think Bobby is the odd man out with this new play style. Time will tell I guess but last night was a pretty brutal performance from him :/

9375

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 28/04/2025

I prepared for this last night, still shocking to read. Feel awful for him. A nightmare for everyone involved, Dame, the organization, the fans. Pretty much worse case scenario for the near future

3140

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 28/04/2025

This trade has been nothing short of a disaster, and now that Dame is hurt, the offseason “flexibility” you got by getting under the second apron is pretty much moot. I was staunchly anti Kuz from the beginning but this is even worse than I could’ve imagined. He has been AWFUL

2273

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 28/04/2025

This has been a horrific luck filled stretch since 21. I feel terrible for Dame and I feel awful for us fans. Just from a basketball standpoint, the near future is as bleak as it has been in years. Not sure where the Bucks go with Dame’s dead money on the books. Can’t trade him. Will he play again?

3331

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 23/04/2025

Just not a good enough team. Don’t have the role players to compete. Dame isn’t conditioned after being out. Maybe with a better coach they could’ve squeaked out a round or 2, but, even then I’m not sure they have the roster for it. Series isn’t over, but it sure feels that way

170

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 23/04/2025

The smallest man in the game TJ McConnell just missed a shot and got his own rebound down low. The pacers just want it more! I’ve never seen more of an obvious case of a team out hustling and out grinding

1161

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 23/04/2025

You get a stop and then you have a GENIUS offensive possession of KPJ dribbling the ball for 15 seconds only to throw up a contested 3 that bricks. Really good offensive game-plan

2130

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 23/04/2025

I really don’t want to be a doomer but I really think the season might be over. Least inspiring start to a half ever. The Pacers just want it more. Hideous basketball You fought back to get it within 6 only to play like this?

5161

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 23/04/2025

I love going down 10 every single first quarter and making the whole team expend extra energy fighting out of a hole every single game because your coach refuses to change the starting lineup and two, sometimes three of your starters are borderline unplayable

2193

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 23/04/2025

Kyle Kuzma is the worst player I’ve ever seen in my entire life and I need him off the team the second the season ends

2254

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 19/04/2025

I’d rather have Khris Middleton injured and clapping on the bench than I would Kyle Kuzma playing minutes

3493

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 19/04/2025

Not being able to trust 3 of the 5 Bucks starters in this series is a huge, HUGE, issue

2100

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 12/04/2025

Fantastic job by the Bucks to make Sunday’s game meaningless. You get to rest your main guys and give them a break before round one As up and down this season has been, they closed out the season well. Not sure how far they’ll make it but they entered the playoffs fighting

1271

Drake (not the Canadian) @snellszn.bsky.social · 09/04/2025

Unreal win by the Bucks last night That being said, very concerning that Kuzma was benched YET AGAIN for the entire 4th. They’re better when he is sitting. I’d rather have Khris on limited minutes closing games than I would Kuzma who can eat up minutes in the first half but can’t play crunch time.

Big thank you to the Brewers who are having me back for year 3 of being an ambassador. Such a cool experience and very much an honor. Thanks to all of you who have ever followed/interacted on the bird app who made it possible.
