I'm seeing a lot of extremely wrong estimations wrt what something like Muse costs to run. They are running 10:1 oversubscription at minimum on servers with 192c/384 threads. Those two "vcpus" are just one thread, most sit idle and have a minute+ of wiggle room to finish a 2 second task.

I still haven't gotten a coherent or useful explanation for what exactly about generating combinations of pixel art buildings/sprites/roads is tripping up their safety gates. It always eventually does what I asked, which is nothing weird/unsafe at all, but it does make it 10x slower which sucks

Stoked to see that the meat of the sim/physics kernels are ~as performant as they can be. The wins are things like: - (active vehicle slot span)/(world capacity) less allocs - eliminating N(N-1) repeat contact tests after initial observation - avoiding needless invalidations
