Kari @sneakerphetish.bsky.social · 19/01/2025TikTok will be back tomorrow with an order from Trump. Called it yesterday lol - 1 day offline & people started having withdrawals. Gotta relax. 130
Kari @sneakerphetish.bsky.social · 21/12/2024In 2025, I’m not making any more resolutions. I’m making PROMISES to myself. Resolutions give too much room to flake. Resolutions are desires. Aspirations. Promises are just that. Non-negotiables. And I’m starting before 2024 is over. 170
Kari @sneakerphetish.bsky.social · 09/12/2024People want Hov to be found guilty because it’ll be a bigger moment than if he’s cleared & everything goes back to normal & it’s one of the sickest things about social media. A reminder people are inherently selfish - they don’t want what’s best for you They want what’s best for their platforms. 140

Kari @sneakerphetish.bsky.social · 26/11/2024Unless it’s the niche subculture of sneakers because somehow those not part of it who just got here during COVID to get famous have been celebrated, amplified & compensated very well with brand deals & trips. Wild. This is a great thread, btw 041

Kari @sneakerphetish.bsky.social · 23/11/2024Momentum is cool & all, but what about when things aren’t clicking? When things aren’t going your way? When you’re broke? Can you stick it out then? Cause a lotta people in sneakers I see are only as motivated as their achievements & that’s a shaky foundation. 270
Kari @sneakerphetish.bsky.social · 23/11/2024When all the red flags are blaring in front of your face, and people tell you they are, you can’t be upset when they play themselves out in real time. 020
Kari @sneakerphetish.bsky.social · 23/11/2024There’s nothing like a little distance & silence to really give you clarity. I’ve had a lot of that lately & realized a lot in the process. Wow. 010

Kari @sneakerphetish.bsky.social · 21/11/2024Took a small bet on myself & it lowkey blew up in my face. Gotta move on. It won’t always work out, but you gotta trust that it will in the end. 3120
