Attempted to watch Return to Silent Hill the other night, and I had to turn it off. The writing, bad cgi and wigs made me hate this movie. They should have stick with the source instead of whatever this mess was. Can we please get a good Silent Hill movie?

Had a great birthday weekend. Saw Muna and Hemlocke Springs on Friday. On Saturday husband got tickets for early access to the Field Museum for the Pokemon Fossil exhibit at 7am and a behind the scenes tour of the lab. We got to touch and hold some fossils! He really made it special this year 😄

Excited for Muna to start. Didn’t realize Hemlocke Springs was their opener!

Took the day off since it’s my birthday! 33 came and went. Hoping 34 is a much better year. Have a busy weekend ahead to celebrate

Deadlock’s major update dropped earlier and I love the updated look of the map, but I’m so lost. I also can’t stop looking at the visuals instead of playing the game 😅

My Grandmother passed last night. She lived a difficult life. She was quiet, and could seem cold at times, but if you ever needed anything she would give you her last dollar to make sure you didn’t go without. She introduced me to horror movies at a young age.She deserved better than to end this way

Took a flight back home yesterday to see my grandmother one last time. She had an incident at a rehab facility two weeks ago, and we still don’t know what happened. She hasn’t passed yet, but I at least got to hear her say my name and tell her I loved her one last time.

I haven’t seen anyone talk about Silent Hill Townfall yet. Anyone currently playing it? I’m playing Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weaves, but kind of want to pause it and start Control Resonant.

Saw Resident Evil last night and I loved it! I really enjoyed all the creature designs in this film. I loved all the nods to the video games. This is my favorite Resident Evil so far. My only complaint would be the ending felt a little sudden. Will definitely watch it again

Friend is staying with us over the weekend, and my anxiety has been through the roof trying to make sure our place looks clean. Also mind you our condo is a loft style so no privacy at all this weekend. Also showing her around the city so no rest for me this weekend 🙃

Really looking forward to this game! Kirby has always had a special place in my heart. Forgotten Land got me through a very dark time when I was dealing with complications from my stem transplant.

Completed both Lies of P plus the DLC yesterday. Such a fun game, and I really enjoyed the DLC. Some of the boss battles were pretty brutal though. The first chapters location was excellent. The new enemies design in that area was fantastic. Looking forward to the next entry in series!

Can’t wait to hop back into this now 1.0 has launched. I’m still early in the game with roughly 15 hours of gameplay, but so far I prefer this over Stardew Valley. I’m really enjoying the character design and the interactions between characters. Hope more people check it out!

Husband and I started World Trigger a few weeks ago, and we are now at episode 48. We are both enjoying it so far, but the recaps can be a bit too much. I don’t need a recap of the story thus far and the last few minutes of the last episode at the start of each episode.

Beat Mina the Hollower last night, and it was fantastic. I think this is my game of the year so far. I loved each of the dungeons, and I thought all of the bosses were really fun and rewarding to beat. I only used the hammer during my first playthrough. Looking forward to my next playthrough!

Beat my first dungeon in Mina the Hollower. This game is scratching an itch for me. It’s definitely tough, but once you beat a boss it feels so satisfying. When I’m not playing it, I am thinking about how I want to be playing it.
