It's amazing what being patient with yourself can do when trying new hobbies and art skills.

Honestly such a shame we never got any neutral color G3 My Little Pony, like a chocolate brown and pink would be so nice to have.

Don't worry Snail, you'll get an airbrush eventually.

The texture of the paint on my current customs isn't doing it for me, probably because I stopped doing my matte sealant between every layer like I was doing before.

If anyone likes anything I show on here, feel free to DM me and I can get it with my discount and resell it to you through Mercari, lol. I don't like how it's hard to find sellers who clean up the toys and are honest so I'll fill that gap.

So my store has shirts that are a parody of toy branding but with our name and stuff on it, I think I'm going to design one for me that is an LPS design and then one for G3 MLP. 🤔

I had the honor of restoring this 80s Strawberry Shortcake Berry Happy Home! It's in the best condition the store has ever seen this set, just has a little yellowing from age. 🍓 #vintagetoys #toycollecting #nostalgia #strawberryshortcake #snailofatale #snailattheshop

Got a big big batch of G3 up in the display! Getting to brush pony hair for my work is so awesome. 🐎 #vintagetoys #toycollecting #mylittlepony #nostalgia #snailofatale #snailattheshop

Oh my god, this is what I mean when I ramble about how their mark designs kind of sucked! These are nice!

Got impatient with painting the two LPS customs I'm doing and the texture makes it obvious. It's not really bad but I'm picky.

Mercari is where I run my shop, it's smooth and has no seller fees so you don't have to uncharge to account for fees.

Oh my gosh I've got the wedding one and her outfit at the store I work at if it's the one I think it is!

One of my fave series I've done, a hypothetical G2 MLP reboot inspired by fashion dolls! 🌈☁️ #mlp #mylittlepony #art

I love G3 My Little Pony since I grew up with them but they're lacking in the hair department, honestly. Wish that they had fuller hair because it doesn't give many options on styling.

Getting to do doll hair and doll makeovers as part of my job is so nice. I really like doing the displays too. I think it helps me to not buy tons of toys because I get toy fulfillment at work. :]

The seller gave me a little tree too, how nice. They were very dirty so I got out the old reliable scrub brush.

It felt a little sinful to wipe paint from two 2005 pets but they'll be loved much more as a Frankenstein. 🐌 #myart #art #toyrepaint #littlestpetshop #snailofatale

This means so much to me! I'm currently working on a Littlest Pet Shop custom as my first full custom repaint, I hope you'll enjoy that too when it is done. <3

I need to find a really nice plastic-bonding primer for repaints, newer Littlest Pet Shop and inauthentic bases do not take to paint well even with my normal stuff. Takes far too many layers to get anything done.

I'll let it be known that I am a massive Lilo and Stitch fan, especially of Angel, so here's my very first repaint ever, done on a cheap figure from 5 Below. More comparisons in the replies! 🌺 #myart #art #toyrepaint #snailofatale

Chameleon #27 and Toucan #31 are the best of the Pet Pair line from Wave 1 in my opinion. They feel like the pairs from the second series of Nintendo DS games from way back when. 🎨 #myart #art #littlestpetshop #snailofatale

Sweet! I'm in Georgia and we tend to have a slow turnaround in the two 5 Belows near me but I'll keep an eye out.

Seeing as these guys are listed under Wave 2 on the site, I think they're just awkward stragglers. I really want the chocolate milk bull, can't wait for these guys to show up. :]
