This cinematic shot is trickier than it looks because Depth of Field treats objects that don't write to the depth buffer (particles) as if they were much farther away, blurring them out of existence. Easy fix? Adding some dithered transparency particles to the scene! #IndieGameDev #gamedev #vfx
