Well ya know Kamala laughed sometimes. That must have been a reason to vote for the incompetent fool destroying our country.

When I was a kid, we had a dog and a rabbit. The rabbit would eat the dogs food and the dog would eat the rabbits carrots.

Like anti vaxxers kill their kids? The trial isn’t about if she killed her children, the trial is about whether criminal intent is involved during a psychotic break.

Who are the illegal Americans?
000
smw55 @smwillard.bsky.social · 03/09/2026
Lol, sure skippy. The people here illegally are not voting, if they are they must be voting for MAGAts. We never had an issue with elections not being secure until the felon lost in 2020. After bankrupting farmers and killing millions with inaction.
000
smw55 @smwillard.bsky.social · 03/09/2026
What you want is voter suppression. The melon felon told you people here illegally are voting in droves, and you are gullible enough to believe him.

Whether we should or shouldn’t have voter ID requirements is one argument. Whether the SAVE Act is the solution is a very different one
100
smw55 @smwillard.bsky.social · 03/09/2026
The right is desperately trying to oversimplify it and make it an issue of Democrats thinking their constituents are too stupid to get IDs, people being lazy, etc, which muddies the water enough that we can’t highlight the biggest issues:

smw55 @smwillard.bsky.social · 03/09/2026
1. The SAVE Act requires the name on a person’s ID to match the name on their birth certificate AND 2. It does not ✨explicitly state✨ that a marriage license is adequate to prove the name change was due to marriage
000
smw55 @smwillard.bsky.social · 03/09/2026
Tens of millions of married women no longer have the last name from their birth certificate, and the Act is ✨ too ambiguous ✨ about what’s required or acceptable to prove their identity. “Just use your Real ID!” Real ID doesn’t prove citizenship. Only enhanced IDs in 5 states verify citizenship.
000
smw55 @smwillard.bsky.social · 03/09/2026
, people who’ve ever changed their names really have no choice but to get a passport because the Act is too ambiguous about verification. Passports are expensive. Even if they were $1, it still counts as a poll tax if it’s necessary to vote.
000
smw55 @smwillard.bsky.social · 03/09/2026
Even if you do believe to your core that voter ID is necessary, the SAVE Act ✨as it’s written ✨ should give you serious pause. It’s simultaneously too ambiguous and too restrictive. Every solution for voters costs money, which is a poll tax.
000
smw55 @smwillard.bsky.social · 03/09/2026
Stop conflating opposition to the SAVE Act with not caring about election security. It’s a poorly written act that will accomplish far more voter suppression than anything. “If you’re already registered to vote, you’re fine!” Right up until you relocate. Or your state purges its rolls.
000
smw55 @smwillard.bsky.social · 03/09/2026
“I’ve used my drivers license and birth certificate and nostril prints to vote for years — you’ll be fine!” You mean in the years ✨prior✨ to the SAVE Act? Which will be ✨different✨ from ✨after✨ the Act passes? 🙄 “Just because it doesn’t specifically say marriage licenses can be—“

smw55 @smwillard.bsky.social · 03/09/2026
Amibguity leaves room for interpretation, which leaves room for people to be denied their rights. The Act, as it’s written, is not the solution unless what you want is voter suppression

Yes you show ID to register to vote.

smw55 @smwillard.bsky.social · 03/09/2026
iD and citizenship are required now. What does that have to do with elon giving a million dollars to every vote he buys?
100
smw55 @smwillard.bsky.social · 03/09/2026
No one but musk gives 1 million to voters for their vote. Jobs and a thriving economy drive people to cross the border. The felon did away with our thriving economy and jobs.

smw55 @smwillard.bsky.social · 03/09/2026
When did dems pay a million dollars for a vote? When did dems bring in illegals? You are too funny, or maybe gullible.

Most US food, makes us puke, or have explosive diarrhea, since this administration started making America healthy again. Now we are just a country full of preventable diseases, thanks to anti vaxxers, and parasite prone produce, thanks to lack of inspections.

The trial isn’t about weather or not she killed her children. We already know she did. The deadlock is how we prosecute psychotic people.

One of the problems with government interference in health care decisions. Post partum psychosis is real, but the government doesn’t give a crap about women or their health. That’s why the US has the highest maternal infant death rate. That’s why women bleed to death from miscarriages.

I understand that you don’t know the difference between medicare and a medicare supplement.
010
smw55 @smwillard.bsky.social · 01/09/2026
The $330 is for my supplement not my medicare that comes out of my ss deposit. The supplement started at $156/mo, then went up every year, to $330. Then there is the $200 or so for medicare, then the plan D.

Most docs know nothing about costs or insurance, they have office managers for that. Very few docs are in private practice. A good deal of clinics do not take medicare advantage at all. Try going to mayo clinic with an advantage plan, it won’t happen.
