I don't think I'm gonna be able to do a #kinktober every day, so I'm just gonna pick and choose from the prompt list the ones I like better Also, I didn't know "Cockwarming" was a thing with a name, but hot damn if it isn't right down my alley

The question is “start from the beginning with a delay “ or “start from the current prompt “ I’ll probably start from the current and loop over

I’m late to the party but I should probably start with this

Looking at the oldest figure drawing study I had saved I tried to do it again today

I’m getting the sudden urge to play vrchat now, but last time I went down that path I spent a month trying to learn blender to make a Fiona model and eventually gave up

Probably the panel I've ever most struggled with drawing. Things go up from here but this page is rough

Back to working on comic for September, and I’m actually upsetting myself drawing this page. How do you trigger warn yourself about your own work

Drawing in traditional is pretty fun actually! I really like how the colors turned out scans it What the hell is this

Maybe the next step would be to unspagettify my code and share a tutorial for self hosting on neocities

020

smutichi.bsky.social @smutichi.bsky.social · 14/08/2026

Honestly, neocities wouldnt even be a bad call. But i wasnt sure i would keep my domain if i cancelled my current hosting and they both cost about the same (if I paid for neocities supporter and the custom domain as I do now) so not a big deal

Ended up not migrating and just kicked that can into the future, but it reminded me I meant to update my website's layout now that I have actually worked making websites for a few years so that was a neat little project to get into

130

smutichi.bsky.social @smutichi.bsky.social · 11/08/2026

The bill for my website is due, and now it's again the same old dilema, should I keep it, should I try to find somewhere cheaper, or should I just point the domain name to a social media page

smutichi.bsky.social @smutichi.bsky.social · 10/08/2026

There is still a lot of room for improvement, i really wanted the skin color to be more purple and darker but adding color also meant adding water so it ended up being very light, but I got some ideas on things I could do differently I want to try

smutichi.bsky.social @smutichi.bsky.social · 09/08/2026

Another watercolor thing, this time with Amethyst Im having trouble mixing colors to be more saturated, but I guess I should try to keep going at it

17217

smutichi.bsky.social @smutichi.bsky.social · 07/08/2026

One thing I also realized is that I have ways to improve on sketching on paper in a way I actually like. So I did the lineart in the Pc, printed it, traced it, and then went in with the colors

0111

smutichi.bsky.social @smutichi.bsky.social · 06/08/2026

I had some watercolors lying around and I wanted to try them out. I don't know how to mix colors yet but it did have green and yellow so, here is a watercolors Peridot

Days 16 17 and 18 It's more of a 1 every 3 days actually, but who's counting I have actually started to incorporate this "blocks + lines" approach to drawings I mean to finish too so that's a really neat thing to have figured out, not sure how it would translate to non-digital tho

Figure drawing summer days 13 14 and 15 The idea was to draw every day, but for some reason yesterday was last week and I have no clue where the time went Also, if you haven't noticed, I like to color code these, blues are 1 minute long, reds are 2 and greens are 5

smutichi.bsky.social @smutichi.bsky.social · 16/07/2026

Figure drawing summer days 11 and 12 It kinda feels like Im reaching a point of diminishing returns at this point. Better than not drawing at all tho, but maybe over the next 3 days I should pick one of the poses and spend a full hour on it and try to draw a finished pic

Figure drawing summer day 6 Pencil and paper today, not being able to zoom and move stuff around still is a lot to get used to, but it really feels like one thing less to think about while drawing, I should try to keep at it more Scanning it for posting is a pain in the butt tho

Figure drawing summer day 5 I couldn't get around to it yesterday but back at it again. Still struggle with what to do with so much time in the 5 minute ones and I need to get better at drawing boxes for perspective stuff. I should try to do the next one with an actual pencil too

070

smutichi.bsky.social @smutichi.bsky.social · 02/07/2026

Figure drawing summer day 4 I've been meaning to try starting sketches by shapes rather than lines for a while to see if it helps me speed up my drawings, seeing the 5 min one I'm not sure it did a huge difference but I'll trying at it for a little while

071

smutichi.bsky.social @smutichi.bsky.social · 01/07/2026

Figure drawing summer day 3 For some reason, I usually can do the 1 or 2 minute poses way better than the 5 minute one. Probably should try to switch up some technique tomorrow and see how it goes
