She wipes her tears away, clearing her throat. It was really good to see him after all of these years. It was someone that they regretted having to not see anymore. “I’ve missed you too, actually,” she said with a soft sigh.

Before he knew it, the coffee was made. Tadgh poured it into a large mug. “Any sugar or cream? Or.. that foam stuff?”

She presses her lips together, even she was trying not to laugh. Soon enough Tadgh breaks, laughing along with Rose. Tears of laughter well up in her eyes. She’s holding onto Rose, trying not to fall onto the floor. This was all a bit ridiculous.

"Fortune sides with those who dare." Astrid Romero, an original character for the fandomless verse — croupier at the blackjack table for the Gold Coin Casino, math wizard extraordinaire, and fond of cracking jokes to catch glimpse of people's smiles.

Suddenly, Tadgh’s form changes back into the ex that Rose had known from college. Surprise?

Tadgh’s face turns red, suddenly realizing what Rose was thinking that they were going to say. “Let me stop you— I.. it’s not exactly that,” they stammer. Wow, they were really getting flustered over this whole situation! +

Their eyes widen, shocked at the revelation. They gasp, then clapping their hands over their own mouth. But it made sense. It explained why he was so familiar but also not. “I think there’s something you need to know about me too,” they begin, rubbing the back of their neck.

Gancanaghs are especially protective of mortals who are open-minded about sexuality and gender, especially those who are persecuted for their beliefs. While they prefer to change the beliefs of such narrow-minded persecutors, they will still engage in reluctant combat to protect an ally in danger.”

The greatest insult for a gancanagh is to be mistaken as such a demon, and many gancanaghs have challenged misinformed good people over such an offense. +

Society: “Gancanaghs despise succubi and incubi over all other creatures: the existence of such demons profanes the spirit of romance with seduction and violence, and leads flirtatious good people to be compared to evil. +

Ecology: “Gancanaghs are earnest but incorrigible flirts who fixate on one paramour at a time. The gancanagh throws himself into wooing them in a brief fling before moving on to their next lover. Gancanaghs enjoy the beauty of music and its ability to sway the heart, and cherish their flutes.”

Appearance: “Most gancanaghs resemble male-presenting humanoids, though they can change their shape freely and revel in challenging mortal interpretations of gender.“ My character will have more than one fc (main fc is Connor Storrie) and will use any pronouns.

This character is loosely based off of Pathfinder’s Gancanagh. { pathfinderwiki.com/wiki/Gancanagh } “Gancanaghs, also known as passion azatas, are extraordinarily handsome azatas best known for open and free sexuality and their defense of any who are persecuted for their own sexual preferences.”

I don’t feel comfortable writing explicit nsfw scenes. Romance and fade to black is fine.

This character is heavily involved with romance but not always serious. He is very flirty and flirts with nearly everyone because of his nature.
