the diagnosis came way after as a result of self-honesty thru this process where i was feeling alienated and realised i never related to other trans. went to a urologist & found the definitive evidence of testicular tissue and was like. oh. the thing i suspected for decades was true all along. huh.

all started when a doctor finally had the balls to point out my adam's apple wasnt consistent with trans. a result of male androgen receptors at puberty present only in men. then finally, fucking LLM of all fkn things finally put my medical past into context, later confirmed by an endocrinologist
