Idk is it fine if I write everyday life stuff? I cooked today fish. For the first time ever, I ate sword fish, which I find a bit overrated. I found out, that people call 'Sea bass' also 'Branzino', which sounds so funny. I realize I get better at cooking some nice pan sauce.
