Also been hitting the gym again. Goals is to keep going and staying going lol. Already down 10lbs with mostly diet changing. Currently 200 and looking forward to be back down to 180 if my body allows and dosent replace it mostly muscle lol. And I do wanna see if I can reach my first goal of 160 😩

After years of being pre diabetic and dancing my a1c between 6.4 and 5.0. I finally hit 6.5 and got my official diabetes diagnosis lmao. Like I already knew I had it. But I’ve been taking care of myself to stay below the range by eating right. It’s just this round is burnout hit a little hard lol.

Results from mri were less than exciting I guess that’s good lol. I apparently got chiari 1 malformation but also apparently 1 in so many hundreds of people have it so not all to surprising. Just means I’m a statistic cause it’s usually only found by unrelated brain scans.
