Update #2: It's not horrible!! The bottom crust had more of a biscuit-like consistency which isn't IDEAL, but b/c the filling is sausage&gravy, roommate says I LUCKED OUT. Top crust is pretty gosh darn close to perfect, I'd say. Buttery and flaky as pie crust should be 👌
