RPM applied to Earth rotation is not a standard. Simple math can give it a unit, but for the most part it is not the scientific formula most commonly used for measurements of speed or time for movement of the planets. Don't agree? Argue it with NASA.

You assume a LOT. I do know what 'exposure' means, in photography, weather, AND even ratchet interaction. You're quantifying with a redundant semantic argument. You could also measure mi/h in metres/second, milliseconds, or how many hamsters/odometer it would take to equal said [speed].
