If leadership for LSS and #fabtcg was run like electing politicians. I'd run on the campaign promise of putting NF white boardered fabled gems in gem packs at the marvel or CF hit rate that exists today. Gems for the people!

Okay more thoughts on the skirmish change (once again pictured below). Curious. Go back and look at your most recent skirmishes. What are the odds your top 4 players walked away with any event specific prizing. How many unique heroes top 8? Who lost in top 8 on a duplicate hero? Etc.

Smithel @smithelgaming.bsky.social · 01/09/2026

So if you end up in top 8 there is a chance you get but gem packs unless you win it all. Hate this change. Why no runner up prize? Why nothing for top 4?

I'll pay anybody $50 for the Boltyn with Lumina. That seems fair with the worlds Rhinar promo at $20 right now

I love my LGS. Having extra events and contests and such like this throughout the year(s). Has been a blast. Every year John comes up with something crazy to do to make armories even more fun and give us something to shoot for.

As a L2 and this is a terrible decision. I already don't get to play as much as I want because we have limited judges locally so I try to judge as many as I can for the community, but having L1s able to pick up som I can't has been great. Now that they can't I will be able to play even less 1/2

I don't think I've ever been more upset about an announcement than this. Unbanning a card that you say was a printing error is a bad look....or it wasn't a printing error and saying so was a lie. This is the first BnR I have been very opposed to. Also somersault should stay gone. 0/10

Thankfully my @fabtcg.com didn't ban the axe. Thank you @minmaxgames.com these battleaxes will join the 100+ others in their new forever home binder.

Sometimes a FaB trailer comes out and your friend spits a wild theory he has about the next set and what will be needed in it...and sometimes he's so convincing you just gotta take the gamble. The axes aren't the gamble, they are just amazing and I need all of them.

Told my wife I set up a meeting with a lawyer to help set up a will for us (something we have been putting off for years), we've started and been sticking to a new financial plan, we've been investing more for our future, and told her about a new therapist I'm trying to see. This was her response

The amount of "goblin" named content creators that turn out to be creeps is entirely too high. Are these people projecting their personal lives onto fantasy creatures that match their history?

I've never been more disappointed in the #fabtcg community as I am with these vote results. Kayo over briar....really? And Kano??? We need to sideboard for blaze now anyway, Kano would be okay. Can't wait for top 8s to be 6 chane and 2 briar for everything this season

Son was supposed to have a baseball game today but had to get rescheduled. We are struggling to get a new date selected due to the other team not having enough players for the date we were trying for. I did my best to explain how it seems like a fair match up even with them having less players.

While the decklist names is an awesome addition for FaB.....it now just makes me realize I would have production screaming at the casters "DONT CUT TO THE DECK NAME....FOR THE LOVE OF GOD DONT CUT TO THE NAME" on too many of my decks.
