Hi Nigel, still struggling! Had steroid injections and physio- which didn’t really work ‘literally sciatic pain in the ass😆 the plan is to have decompression surgery to release the pressure on my spinal nerves! 😬 just waiting on the NHS as its elective not life saving essential! Hopefully soon!

There’s an old mill by a stream ‘Nellie Dean’ Gertie Gitana during 1914–18 war she was a ‘forces sweetheart’ and often entertained the war wounded. Buried in Wigston Magna the home town of her husband, impresario Don Ross. The lyrics of her most famous song are on her memorial
