Always a great engineering and manufacturing company, corporate greed took control, moved company headquarters away from manufacturing to a financial center. 110

Corporations rewarded CEOs with inordinate incentives then used their extra income to buy back company shares for the benefit of CEOs and shareholders, not for capital investment or employee benefits. 000

The warnings were not hidden from the electorate if they even listened to a local news station or read a local newspaper. They fell short on due diligence. 010
