I do hear, (or smell?) with the blimp fruit. That does cost once the body feels the sensation of a strong smell of blueberry. Granted this is only happening because Ralph ate many blimp fruit at once and well excessive air has to get released somehow. Oh brother.

Ralph aka the Rex there is blimped after eating multiple blimp fruit at once. His body is pushed to a limit here initially extremely inflated such as every limb and even his face is even pushed with air in it. But of course, being inflated like this does mean that probably is a way for the gas to release somehow from inside. Of course I'm talking about and letting out a huge fart/brap. I guess that's one way to get a release.

Ah, yeah definitely walking around can build up a ton of sweet smelling gas. You know, despite the vanilla smell, it's very sweet as mentioned. After all, he probably had to build up from trying to waddle around in his new shape.

Gallo now lets out gas after attempting to walk around for a while in his bizarre marshmallow shape. The smell for anyone wondering is definitely a big hit of sweet vanilla considering his of being a marshmallow. But it's easy to have a build up like that only because after all trying to walk around with a shape like that can just make anyone feel bloated. hehe
