Muffin tops! Ooo made this quick & tasty spicy meatball w some leftover quinoa 😋! Marinated meatballs in mixed herbs, paprika, chilli, garlic, cumin, curry powder. Roasted in oven 190c for about 25-30mins. Made a tomato, onion, chopped garlic, parsley, green onion, mint sauce to pair! Eeeek 😋!

Nothing like waking up to the smell of stew 🙌🏾!

Marinated the chunks overnight a couple days ago and let sit in the juices and slow cooked for 12 hours in my crockpot. Added the vegetables around the 10th hour, made some thickener for the sauce and bomb!

First off it took weeks to get a table at this place because it’s that good! So when our number came up, we came running 🏃🏽‍♀️!!

Yatri means traveller. A fantastic #restaurant that provides unique regional food from the North and Northwest regions of India. Every dish kept getting better and better! Highly recommend 😋😋!

Suggestions:

1. Lamb Samosa - spicy minced lamb filing cooked in crispy samosa pastry
2. Nilgiri Sheekh Kabab - minced lamb kabab cooked in tandoor
3. Bombay chicken curry - chicken cooked in traditional street style curry sauce
4. Chicken Tikka - chickens marinated and cooked in tandoor
5. Mughlai Kadhai Lamb - slow Cooke don’t in tomatoe, garlic, garam masala
6. Black dal - slow cooked black lentils with spices
7. Gujarati Undhiyu - traditional vegetable dish that is a regional speciality of Surat India. Name comes from the Gujarati word meaning “undhu” which means upside down since dish is cooked upside down underground in earthen pots termed “matlu” which was fired from above.
8. Cheese/Peshwari Naan & Basmati rice
