Hey folks, About that AI opt-out feature Twitch was talking about? It's not just the streamers that have to turn that off. EVERYONE has to turn it off, because anything on your account, including the clips you make, will be fed to that infernal, ignominious devil machine if you don't. /1

The Matrix Online changed my life. After seeing the power of storytelling to get hundreds of people to work together to solve artificial problems in a virtual city, I realized games could inspire people to solve real problems in the real world too. That's why I founded Nonadecimal Creative.

Three of the devs of Big Bang Pro Wrestling for NGPC were Fire Pro veterans, even. It's got a few problems, maybe, but it's an interesting game.

The legend goes that Masuda didn't like it when he found out people could just use autofire to win in Pro Wrestling ^ _^, and that's why he switched to timing-based grapples for his later games.

At one point when you guys are talking about Pro Wrestling, Mongo says that for grapples you wait a moment after the wrestlers touch; that's how it works for HAL Wrestling, but for Pro Wrestling, it's just whoever mashes the button fastest.

My ban happened after I made a tumblr post w/ 4 links in it, so you might be on to something. I heard from someone this past week that they tried the social features method & their ban got lifted. But I've had other people tell me from the start that it didn't work for them, unfortunately.

@gdmilkman.bsky.social Re: the latest podcast episode, I like your concise summary of MM11's graphical style. I also find it fascinating that our tastes when it comes to those visuals are very different--I can't stand that style, but love the 8-bit. Must be just 'cause I started on the NES I guess.
