Was just hoping to be a bit more sophisticated with it...but I guess I am too ooga booga. Haha Thank you though!

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 03/10/2026

Just a little more elbow grease if i want to actually use it...but it works enough. Haha Thank you! I'm actually not familiar with those...but I can imagine!

Wanted to try and animate a gel-like thing, and spent like 2 hours trying to figure it out with physics or lattices, or modifiers and just couldn't get it to behave how I wanted it...so I gave up and just did it manually with bones. 😔 Just testing movement for now.

Time for a harvest...no wheelbarrow for the haul, but a Revavroom will do! ;p Smoliv my beloved 🥺

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 16/09/2026

It's been fun picking a few off here and there! There's still a ton left on the plants too, just gotta wait for them to ripe and hopefully line up again so I can get a big handful like this again! Haha

010

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 15/09/2026

It really does...I only got to do one render with it too...that's an issue of mine. I'm often one and done, but then regret it later. Haha Thank you though!

I'm sad I lost this model back when my laptop died on me... 😔

Excited to share when I can! Thank you very kindly 😌

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 15/09/2026

I don't even like keeping secrets 😔 Next year I want MORE! But there's still a lot on the plants right now, so it'll hold me over. Haha

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 15/09/2026

Had a small pepper harvest that I then cooked down into a sauce...Season's pretty much over but the plants are still pumping out some fruits for now! Also sorry about the lack of art...can't post most of what I've been doing. Mostly NDA stuff 😔

I want to become something kind of small and cute

It hurts even more to see slop of a franchise I hold dear. I saw someone repost it, but like 3 secs in it was clear what it was...

020

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 25/08/2026

I'm surprised I got one before an orange. There's only one of it and two plants of the orange kind! Those need to catch up! Haha

Bigger than my head and I've been told I have a big head 😌

Glad I noticed it! I was buried in all the leaves. Definitely a cool sight!

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 16/08/2026

Also one of the pumpkins....getting big! Little awkward of a spot tho, sadly....

0292

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 16/08/2026

Was tending to the pumpkins and I spotted a conjoined set of flowers! Didn't know that was possible!

Been awhile since I did any art for the Koopa King...I should make a new model for him sometime. Until then; Get dunked on!

Not the dill hater 😔It's so good though...

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 28/07/2026

The cucumbers I'm growing are coming in fast now...just had the first one today! Some lime, salt and fresh dill 😌

Surprisingly easy and not very compute heavy. Playing around with ground deformations... Haha

I will...I hope to share pics of the Pumpkins and Watermelons I'm trying to grow..but I know they can be finicky so we will see how that goes...

110

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 13/07/2026

So proud 🥺 There's a bunch of smaller ones that still have room to grow too!

110

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 13/07/2026

They're almost ready for harvest...along with some others. Gonna make some hot sauce with 'em! haha Thank ya!

Twinning~ Just another little doodle...growing some cayenne peppers!

2233

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 10/07/2026

it's gotten some of it's color back, so I hope that means it'll pull through!

100

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 10/07/2026

I really wanna try them and so does my sister...but so far the plant hasn't grown an inch for like a month. Think all the rain we had stunted it...turned slightly yellow for a bit, but it has gotten it's color back, so maybe it'll grow again. Think they would go nice in a salsa too... ;p

100

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 10/07/2026

They're pretty easy too! Already getting a yield....though the Scorpion peppers I planted have stalled it seemed, so maybe the really spicy ones not so much. Haha

100

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 10/07/2026

Why not bofum I'm doing Cucumbers, peppers, watermelons and pumpkins...we will see if they all make it.

100

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 09/07/2026

It's a lot of fun and fascinating, honestly! And you may get some food as a reward, if done right. Haha

110

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 09/07/2026

They're the babies. They grow up so fast, blink and you'll miss it 🥺 It is crazy to see the difference and how sudden it can feel. Just a few leaves to vines and tendrils everywhere over night. Haha

110

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 09/07/2026

It's been exciting! Given me a reason to be excited in the morning, when I check on how all the plants are doing. It's a bit scuffed cause I started late, but it's going well! Rigged up some wire so the cucumbers can crawl up towards a window and then back down. Thought it might look nice. Haha

100

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 09/07/2026

Under cover~ Growing some cucumbers, among other things and they've been exploding in leafy growth...the first few fruiting flowers have come in too!

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 06/07/2026

Still working on the scales...but some iridescence! More or less anyways... Gonna be tough painting over the seams 😵 I should also mention that this guy is gonna be an adopt! Might be a bit until he's ready tho...

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 06/07/2026

UV map? Do you mean the texture? I still haven't gotten it seamless, tbh, but if you want it, I can post it!

110

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 05/07/2026

Yeah. Wearing it like this makes it crunched up. Haha Can't go wrong with those! The blues' mouth gills are really endearing. 😌

010

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 05/07/2026

I literally had to look up the correct way to tie one and it kept show it tied in different ways from how I have it. Haha Thank ya, too! It's actually the rock one! Though it's a bit squished so hard to tell. But that's my favorite, along with the white ones!

110

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 05/07/2026

My Pikmin bandana came in. Gives me a reason to wear one for once 😌

1201

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 05/07/2026

A single mesh, plus the array modifier...and that one normal map matcap rendered to an image cause I don't know how else to go about it. Haha

010

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 05/07/2026

Something's fishy (trying to make a custom scale texture....almost there with it...struggling with making it seamless😔)

Smashing @smashingrenders.bsky.social · 03/07/2026

I wanted to for that reason....but he'll probably have like foot wraps or somethin'.... 😓
