PSA: Adhesive Capsulitis (a 'Frozen Shoulder') sucks. I'm hardly a prolific poster at the best of times, but not being able to get into spandex bodysuits, or get tied up is annoying as hell.
TL;DR: get persistent aches and pains sorted sooner rather than later.
