Leasing has become such a shit show the last few years. Where I'm at, almost all are owned or managed by mega management groups that suck the life out of everything. Not PDX specific, but I've had luck in the past by reaching out to realtors and asking for recs.

I also take fiber every day, but if I'm going to be active, I will be super consistent with a larger scoop for a week or two before. Use good thick lube if you can. And it's never a bad thing to need/ask for more lube.
