Squish slug firmly like stressball just some lazy planless sketching

Haha that makes a lot of sense, and boy do I know about it. It's certainly not easy to let that go, but it can indeed be freeing though there's no need to rush either. Whichever way you decide to go the important part is that you're comfortable with it.

Well a bit of cake never hurt anyone c: Your style is wonderful, love how adorable your creatures are!

Slugpile @slugpile.bsky.social · 08/10/2026

Oh i'm sure they'd be very thankful for any kind of help there and happy to repay the favor.

There's really something about getting too fat to do a thing on your own anymore... And counting each of the successive things you can no longer achieve on your own as a goal surpassed. Maybe having your feeder mark up dates in a journal. Couldn't do this... Couldn't do that. And if they try again..

I was using kalapaint.app It's still in development and I have to fiddle around with the brushes a lot for now to adjust them to my taste, but as someone who loves working on massive canvas sizes using big brushes without lag is tempting.

Was testing out a new drawing program and style and that's as good an excuse to draw belly as any :>

The way you draw these creatures is divine. Thank you for blessing us with your dragons and kobolds <3

Slugpile @slugpile.bsky.social · 28/09/2026

Idk felt like drawing a vaguely food inspired kobold of my own. ... something about still missing a cream filling.

Chubby kobold vaguely looking like they're some pastry covered with chocolate and sweet cream.

As someone who mostly prefers it one way it makes sense, since people do have preference but i get the frustration from your perspective as well.

Aww thanks! Yeah I might try to do some sketches first, see how many are interested and if it gets overwhelming maybe a raffle later. I'm incredibly bad at this social media thing so I'm not sure how much attention it'll get anyway :>

010

Slugpile @slugpile.bsky.social · 19/09/2026

Well it's either that, or if it's just a small number of people i might also just try doodling whoever posts their OC. Like in my usual sketching style here
