The bill has been opened to feedback. Rather than dooming about the proposal, you can tell them exactly how you feel about the act here. ec.europa.eu/info/law/bet... With how much of an uphill battle Chat Control is having, you should never assume it's worthless to fight these draconian bills.

Here’s some sketches exploring one of my ideas for the creature from “The Terror” by Dan Simmons, and how I imagined it could work as a supernatural element while still able to be mistaken for a polar bear at a glance or in the distance~

Astrophotographer Adam (AJ) Smadi caught this image a few hours ago from Washington state. A thin crescent Moon, sunlight illuminating the rugged lunar surface. And 2,400 times farther away—and on the other side of the Sun—mighty Jupiter, and its moons Io (left) and Ganymede (right).

A crescent Moon seen during the day, arcing from upper left to lower right of the frame. At lower centre is the full disk of Jupiter; the small dots to its upper left and lower right and Io and Ganymede, respectively.

I'd like you all to also meet Motha Lisa www.redbubble.com/i/poster/Mot... and Krill with A Pearl Earring www.redbubble.com/i/poster/Kri... #Art #SciArt

A parody of Mona Lisa by Leonardo da Vinci showing a robed figure in black against landscape background, except the figure has been swapped by a very fluffy moth with humongous eyes.

A parody of Girl with a pearl earring by by Johannes Vermeer which should show a woman facing slightly to the left with a big shining earring, except the woman has been swapped with a shrimp, with legs and antennae protruding from her collar under her face.

Breasts are both. They evolved as trait like colorful feathers in birds did, they are here to feed babies AND to look nice. Being prude about simple body things however is man made and police their existence is man made. Telling women what to do with them is man made.

The costuming work of Piero Tosi on Medea (1969) there's so much more I could add but there were some pieces I particularly liked.

screen shot of Medea. Women in colourful salmon and teal chiton like garbs. The woman in the middle has a headdress covered in golden jewelry that encircles her head

Screenshot from Medea. Maria Callas as Medea standing in a doorway garbed in black with piles of heavy bronze and golden jewelry that drapes down to her knees. It's placed on top of a large polygonal piece of jewelry that is decorated in teal, blue, and gold colours. Her headpiece matches the bronze and gold and sits tall on her head with a wispy piece of black see through fabric trailing off.

a screenshot of Medea. A man stands just off center with pillars encasing him in the frame; a woman stands just to the left of him. He's wearing a large cape like overcoat garment that looks like it's made out of black animal fur and woven with bronze squares that almost give an armor like appearance. His head piece has large black horns that protrude upward and the rim of the hat has a halo of nails around. The woman wears a big halo like hood that encompasses her head in teal and blue with bronze jewelry decorating the edge.

Medea screenshot. A man in a golden helmet like hat that has tiny ringlet hairs embossed into it and ears that cover his actual ear with a golden hat sitting on top. His cape is made of teal feathers sits atop his red himation underneath. In the background ladies in salmon, red, teal, and white stand in their chitons with fabric draped over their heads.

Ich meine das trotzdem ernst. Kurz überlegen bevor man Ratschläge gibt.

Also ernsthaft.

Jetzt Master. Krebs bekommen. Was man als Student nicht? Krankengeld. Wo muss man hin?

Slugdog @slugdog.bsky.social · 27/07/2026

010

Slugdog @slugdog.bsky.social · 27/07/2026

Ja richtig. Denkst du das stört dieses Privatunternehmen Jobcenter? Was willst du denn machen, sie verklagen?

Slugdog @slugdog.bsky.social · 27/07/2026

120

Slugdog @slugdog.bsky.social · 27/07/2026

Condolence prices for doing the absolute minimum of what we all do? So they don't even need to build a hospital if they want their name on it? What's next, building shrines to pray to them so they feel appreciated enough for giving their workings minimum wage and a 5min bath break?

German conservatives and far right heavly promoted a "homeland paradise" with the whole bavarian/Austrian Alps landscape and culture. During the Imperium, during Hitler and still do today. So yeah that's the implications.
