Working on my speculative love story with THE BOYS x HOUSE IN THE CERULEAN SEA vibes #RomComMarch

A moodboard, black background, with the words "the department of asset management" in the top left and "save the world" in the bottom right. Between them are two rows of four numbered photos, all dimly lit: a mussed up bed, a superhero with blowing cape, a woman holding a gun, the silhouette of two hands and a torso pressed against glass, a shadowy cloaked figure, a cityscape, two figures holding hands against an orange sky, a dark alleyway.

I'm so thrilled to announce that I'll be starting the new year agented by the amazing Victoria Doherty-Munro at Writers House! Her vision for Iris' time travel love story just blew me away. I can't wait to see what 2026 holds!

A graphic with a black background and pink lens flare. The words “2026 happy new year” are in bi pride colors. “I’m agented” is scrawled across it in gold lettering on a background of gold sparkles.

Opening line from LIVER: Airplanes remind Emily of the silk nests of tent caterpillars that decorate the piedmont forests of North Carolina: beautiful, social creatures that can defoliate a crabapple tree in less than a season. #DVParty #A #LF #spec

A cliche moodboard for an app: filled with young people being happy and corporate jargon. Across the moodboard is a circle with a slash through it and the words Eat the Rich.

Alright, #writingcommunity, if you could have whatever ridiculous collab you wanted, what would your book smell like?

An announcement that Jennifer Armentrout’s new book will smell like garlic thanks to partnering with Hellmann’s.

SEVERANCE feat. E.OLIPHANT x NEVER LET ME GO Autistic lesbian Emily lives clients’ bad days for them. But when she falls for a girl who condemns the time economy, she must decide: live her own life or make enough to buy a better one. #questpit #A #LF #spec #lgbt #ND #agentsguide

“An Agent’s Guide to Liver Adult Speculative Fiction 70000 words” in white across a geometric background in that shifts between pink, blue, purple, and turquoise.

On the left on a colorful geometric background in white text:

“Comps: Told in a manner reminiscent of Gail Honeyman’s Eleanor Oliphant Is Completely Fine, LIVER will appeal to fans of lightly speculative literary fiction like Kazuo Ishiguro’s Never Let Me Go and shares the dystopian late-stage capitalist setting of Claire North’s 84K as well as the exploration of the nature of power of Kaliane Bradley’s The Ministry of Time.”

The cover of each book is on the right on solid purple background.

On the left on a solid purple background in white text:
“The Pitch: Never Let Me Go x the gig economy

Burnt-out autistic millennial Emily scrapes working for Live App, a new mobile app that lets her live the boring or undesirable parts of clients’ lives for them.

When she falls for Cait, a beautiful idealist who accepts her autistic tendencies, but condemns the time economy, she finally finds happiness.

Until Live App offers her the job of a lifetime: trade five years of her life to Live App for a stipend that guarantees her a middle class lifestyle — forever. Premium clients will control her diet, lifestyle, and her body, as clients can benefit from surgical procedures — even those Emily doesn’t need, such as appendectomies or elective procedures — while never having to risk their own bodies.

Now, she must decide: live her own life with Cait or finally make enough to buy a better one for both of them.”

On the right on a geometric background are two moodboards: eat the rich and bored?

On the solid blue-purple right in white text:

On the colorful geometric left:

incarceration and off-page sex work.”
