So, anyway After DOGE cuts, the NWS offices for the parts of Texas hit by floods was without a senior hydrologist, a forecaster, & a lead meteorologist. Another office was short a science officer & a warning coordinating meteorologist. Texas officials blame the NWS. They're aiming a bit low
