Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 06/10/2026Good point. And our rocks don’t explode. Ahhh, now I see the double entendre. 020
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 06/10/2026Boy, at this pace we’ll be lucky to end up with Landru. 230
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 04/10/2026Your opinion about “diminishing returns” sums up my feelings perfectly! 030
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 30/09/2026You look great! I believe that 40 is the new sweet spot for folks. Like I looked better at 40 than at 20 or 30 and now at nearly 50 strive to keep up with how I looked at 40. 110
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 28/09/2026They look amazing. ❤️ I’m a sucker for TMP uniforms anyways. 010

Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 22/09/2026Pretty rich that Sean Payton would accuse anyone of cheating and I’m no Seahawks fan. Payton is one of the dirtiest coaches in history. 062
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 18/09/2026Guilty pleasures have a way of sneaking up on you… 010
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 18/09/2026I posted and then like half an hour later realized it was wrong but honestly, 🤷🏻♂️ like the episode itself. 100
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 17/09/20261. Orders of Magnitude 2. Off-Hour 3. Case of the Chiaroscuro 4. Griffin Incident 5. Valles Marineres 6. Chronitons Through 7. Human Best Friend 8. Level Five Transporter 9. Once Upon La’An 121
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 17/09/2026Today’s episode of Star Trek reminds me, in quite literal terms, that there are two wolves inside of us, one of hope and the other of darkness. Its all which one you feed. That’s also quite true of this season as a whole. The creatives have certainly been feeding the absurd wolf inside of them. 121
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 14/09/2026SNW should adopt the simple Voyager episode title system for S4: Distant Origins Zero Griffin High Noir Felt Disaster II Drama Decision Fantasy 020
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 14/09/2026I feel guilty complaining about my 5-episode run on Warp Factor Five when @tyranicus.net and @alextperry.bsky.social finished their 2nd season batch of Enterprise. Marauders is a wonderfully guilty pleasure episode for me, a 3.5 for sure! But the rest, yeah, tough run. 120
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 10/09/2026After just watching “A Taste of Armageddon”, I instantly knew General Order 24. 020
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 09/09/2026Rocks and Shoals, Counterpoint, Marauders, Face the Strange, Come, Let’s Away, Yesteryear, Crisis Point II, All the Worlds a Stage, Tapestry, The Bounty, Lost In Translation, and A Taste of Armageddon 110
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 09/09/2026My final Star Trek Day 2026 lineup: DS9 Rocks and Shoals VOY Counterpoint ENT Marauders DIS Face the Strange SFA Come, Let’s Away TAS Yesteryear LDS Crisis Point II PRO All the Worlds a Stage TNG Tapestry PIC The Bounty SNW Lost In Translation TOS A Taste of Armageddon 250
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 09/09/2026And I finished off with a couple 23rd century adventures: SNW Lost in Translation ✅ TOS A Taste of Armageddon ✅ Very cool that Lost in Translation ends with a pull back of Kirk-Spock-Uhura and ATOA starts with a shot of that same trio on the bridge. 000
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 08/09/2026Enjoyed hearing your Star Trek fan journey. I’m happy to know you and to count you as a Trek friend made along our unique paths getting here. There’s still a long road to go with Trek. Thank you for sharing, Alex. 122
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 08/09/2026I did the Next Gen run with TNG Tapestry ✅ PIC The Bounty ✅ Reminded how Q and Picard were more warm than adversarial in Tapestry than anytime before. And also reminded how kick ass the score for The Bounty really is. 210
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 08/09/2026After finishing up Come, Let’s Away, I did an animated trio: TAS Yesteryear ✅ LDS Crisis Point II ✅ PRO All the Worlds a Stage ✅ And like I’Chaya, I might be too old and too fat. 210
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 08/09/2026I need to re-watch the whole season because Rayner is such a 23rd century throwback officer that I forgot how different he is from the rest of the crew. 110
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 08/09/2026Had to pause my Star Trek Day Watchlist for an eye doctor appointment 🤷🏻♂️ DIS Face the Strange ✅ SFA Come, Let’s Away ⏸️ Everytime I watch an episode of Disco, its better than I remember. This time jump episode is better than MTMTSMGM. Excited to finish a re-visit with the cadets… 230
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 08/09/2026I cheated and started on September 7th for my 5th Star Trek Day Watch! DS9 Rocks and Shoals ✅ VOY Counterpoint ✅ ENT Marauders ✅ Rocks and Shoals probably my favorite DS9; Counterpoint and Marauders some great guilty pleasure episodes. 242
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 04/09/2026I love what gave it away more than anything…being from South Carolina tracks. 020
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 03/09/2026People are literally all over the place this season in their rankings… Its definitely not a cut and dry season of “everyone has the same 1 or 2 favorites”. 130
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 03/09/2026Little different perspective…am I telling on myself? 😉 1. Off-Hour 2. Case of the Chiaroscuro 3. Griffin Incident 4. Valles Marineres 5. Chronitons Through 6. Human Best Friend 7. Level Five Transporter 130
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 02/09/2026I did say argument. Someone must argue that point. Wait, I’ll find someone… 010
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 02/09/2026Without him there is an argument to be made that “The Man With The Golden Gun” is Roger’s *best* film. 110
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 28/08/2026Good point, Jim - let me anchor all the toughest of 5-episode blocks! 030
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 28/08/2026Still stings that I was on the episode with 3 of the bottom 5 in the season. 😭🤷🏻♂️🤣 240
Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 23/08/2026Here’s the thing about MY PERSONAL FANDOM: Adam’s list is almost the exact opposite of mine and I love that for him! Truly, IDIC. 260

Sam Nelson @slnelson77.bsky.social · 21/08/2026Agreed! We’ve talked about this discourse on Weekly Trek and its *partially* a result of social media and our worldwide attitude of “me vs you/other”. Its honestly exhausting. Like what you like and hate what you hate but don’t yuk someone else’s yum. Literally, to each their own. 180
