As I was leaving my daughter's place, I noticed this beautiful lunar moth soaking in the suns rays on her back door. Managed to snag a few closeup pics of this gorgeous moth.

Found a couple Pink Lady Slipper orchids amongst the wild ferns on my walk today.

It was too cloudy to capture the strawberry moon last night, sadly. I was, however, able to grab this shot a couple nights ago.

I had the small beach to myself for a change so sat at the waters edge and just enjoyed the viewing and the relaxing sounds of the lapping waves. I need to do this more often.

Our very own Forbidden Forest. Inhabited by all sorts of wild beasts.

Spring has finally sprung here at the 100 Acre Wood. The granbabies were here climbing the rocks and trying to run into the Forbidden Forest.

This is one of the many reasons I love winter.

B & W pics just have a different feel. Lonesome little Christmas tree stranded in all that snow.

These aren't very good pics but a small herd with this big fella ran across the road in front of me. The buck posed in the middle of the road but I dropped my phone and missed the perfect Pic.

I am a plant addicted. I love my indoor plants as much as I love all of nature. I have stream-lined my collection and only have 2 philodendron now. One is my white wizard and the other is this big beautiful red imperial. This beautiful plant is actually flowering!!

Fairy garden. Complete with a fairy house towards the back of the garden bed.

There's a small village close by that is very often foggy early in the morning and often throws little gems like this my way.

Little copse of fungi that were touched by a heavy frost the night before and looking a little worse for wear from it.

I love The Dark Tower series. Not horror but it definitely takes you on an adventure.

I love it when the snow clings to the trees.
