02/27/26 6:43 pm The verdict is in on the two charges. Cynthia Raygoza, Ashleigh Brown, and Sandra Samame were all found NOT guilty on the Conspiracy charge. Ms. Samame was found NOT Guilty on the Stalking charge. Ms. Raygoza and Ms. Brown were found guilty of Stalking. Sentencing is pending.

Schumer & Jeffries must add 3 things to their ICE funding demands or any gains will be toothless. Call them and demand they add: Independent IGs, Rx Meds for detainees at intake, and access for members of Congress to ICE detention facilities on a drop-in basis as the law already requires.
