Jurisdictions are not consistent with the laws, so making sure sites are hosted in multiple *different* jurisdictions is key. Goal must be to make sure the *network* of sites don't go down. Enemies *will* find where we are going. Security by obscurity doesn't work.

I would hard disagree. It's hard enough to find sources that are available to ship locally. Getting to find that required knowing someone that knew someone to get an invite to a discord server. The option is underground society or widening the amount of sites, so that people are not lost.
