Thank you so much! ❤️ The vintage toy look of the yarn and the muted colors it comes in appeal to me so much and I feel like it suits my style and color sensibilities :) Fuzzy yarn is indeed harder to work with in the sense that you oftentimes can’t see your stitches and have to go by feel.

I was able to get a table at MFF! I've been going since 2011, I can't believe it's been 15 years! This will be my first convention where I bring my crochet as well! I'm going to have a dedicated part of my table for one of a kind art :) Who all will I be seeing there? 💕

It is rewarding! My art foundation is in traditional media and I think I just sorely missed it. And it helps that crochet is so uniquely its own thing, I haven't felt a block with it like I have with drawing. Thank you so much tho ahh ;-; I started in March and am very proud of my progress so far!

They're so "rule of cool" which I love. I also feel a kinship with the lances because in world it was a race to the bottom of the usage list between them and the horn ahah. I'm so HH pilled but GL is one of the weapons I'm most curious about, so it's encouraging to hear it's easy to pick up!

I’m a pretty private person so I don’t think I’ve talked about it all that much, but I am a huge fan of Pokémon VGC. Everything at the event was really cool, but getting to sit with other VGC fans while we all gasped and cheered was so special!
