ATHLETIC MUSCULAR NURSE IN A WHITE RUBBER MEDICAL APRON AND NOTHING ELSE

Sleepystephbot @sleepystephbot.bsky.social · 13h

I am a creative independent artist with original ideas and aesthetic preferences that- * it dawns on me that some of my most popular pieces were commissioned by a literal drone hivemind * ....beep

I’m a capable, reasonable adult with responsibilities and critical thinking skills, I don’t need anyone to take care of m- *recollects the many intelligence play sessions where thinking was taken away and I was forced to rely on a condescendingly sweet caretaker domme* ....erm

I mean sure I -like- bondage but it’s not like I’m one of those restraint junkies who’s addicted to being tied up! I can live without it! *Realizes every time I have privacy for it I sleep in some sort of bondage, from medical restraint mittens to a full sj+sleepsack* ....hha

I’m not even really into humiliation or anything, being embarrassed makes me just feel sad! *Notices my closet full of shiny, dumb-looking outfits specifically purchased to wear while taking compromising photos* ....umm

I’m one of those fluffy cutesy subbies, I like things gentle! I’m not really even a masochist or anything I swear! * Suddenly remembers the time I was ‘anesthetized’ during a hypnosis session and ‘woke up’ with no teeth. * ....uh

Drew this back in 2019 but there's still something charming about it I think

Muscled nurse puts me in a headlock while her co-nurses administer sedation… At least her biceps smell nice as they squeeze against my cheeks😖 Her purple gloves get all shiny from exertion, seeing the veins on her forearms while the back of my head pushes into her chest…

You awake to another boring day in your padded cell, staring at your unkempt hair and crinkly plastic patient gown in the slightly reflective surface of the white vinyl walls. The soft vinyl floor squelches slightly beneath the blue grippy socks you’re unable to remove due to the locked ankle cuffs.

I know I’m not 100% fem because I just got euphoric over the amount of large useful pockets on my new canvas chore jacket

Newly committed patients often don't understand what a privilege it is to -not- be sedated for wash time. However, it is an important part of the initial intake process, and help firmly establish the dynamics and expectations of their new lives as inpatients at Shiny Smiles~

A nurse in thick rubber overalls and waterproof uniform hoses down a newly processed patient in shower room #03 of Shiny Smiles Asylum.

-Helpless to do anything but breathe in and shudder as you pass out in completely isolated bondage. Outside, the nurses watch your vitals on the integrated monitor affixed to the outside of the box, programming just how long your “time out” will last…

Sleepystephbot @sleepystephbot.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Drooling as the taste of rubber fills your mouth and puffs your cheeks as they inflate the mouth guard gag with a hissing squeeze of the bulb. Barely registering the click of the lid locking shut as the first burst of sleepytime gas is pumped into your nasal passages-

1591

Sleepystephbot @sleepystephbot.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

You can only whimper as your wriggling form is then smashed into the padded “night night box” the nurses have wheeled into your cell, secured with vinyl straps over your chest, head, neck, and legs. Your panic turns to nausea as they push a breathing tube deeper, deeper, deeper into your nostrils.

1550

Sleepystephbot @sleepystephbot.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Suddenly you hear a loud machine hum as the air is sucked from the sleepsack you were just stuffed into, your fingers and toes forced together from the unyielding rubbery pressure of the vacuum. You are vaguely aware of something long and heavy being set onto the padded floor next to you.

1561

Sleepystephbot @sleepystephbot.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

You feel them sticking monitoring electrodes to your chest before they roughly yank something loose and rubbery up your body and over your shoulders, clasping around your neck with a zip.

1550

Sleepystephbot @sleepystephbot.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

You try to twist away, a surprised muffled moan escaping your mouth as the quick-restraint elastic wraps are velcroed mercilessly tight over your legs and arms, pulling taught. Blinded and subdued, you can’t fight the invisible latex gloved hands as they manipulate you into place.

1550

Sleepystephbot @sleepystephbot.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

Exhausted from struggling and lost in thought, you don’t hear the padded security door silently swing open. Once you notice the muffled footsteps behind you it’s too late- You’re suddenly pulled to the padded floor, barely able to react as the leather sensory deprivation hood is pulled over your head

1570

Sleepystephbot @sleepystephbot.bsky.social · 02/10/2026

You fiddle with the plastic Medical ID band on your wrist, remembering how you thrashed and fought as they riveted it on, just another involuntary guest of the “treatment center”. Your thigh aches dully from the sedative injection they jabbed into you as you were tossed into this padded prison.
