I’m afraid to eat any of the hospital veggies and fruit because sudexo is one the companies listed all over the recalls and they run the kitchen at the hospital here AAAAA I just have to hope eating very cooked things will keep me safe but dear god I miss fresh fruit and veggies in my life

Yesterday was WILD guys. I had my first session of acupuncture and I feel so much better???? I felt all my stuff start to do what it was supposed to?? Like all my stuff just kinda kicked to life! The after detox headache was insane and I had to drink a lot of water but I’m very hopeful
