I've been diligent about stretching everyday, including hip release stretches and now my lower back pain and knee pain is all but gone and I can touch my toes for the first time in years which for a 5'9 270 lb man its pretty good.

What i visualize whenever I hear Americans complain about the current administration, who they either voted for, refused to vote therefore helped elect 🍊, voted third party therefore same, or badmouthed Kamala for not being perfect thus convincing people into not voting for kamala therefore same.

Yeah its still playable and since its like xcom it shouldn't be too bad. BTW have you guys seen this show called furious. Its on Hulu. Really digging it. Very adult and deals with hard subjects but it does deal with the whole "does killing a bad guy make you a bad guy" thing in a satisfying way.

Will do. So far the game runs like a sideshow on my steam deck. The whole "steamdeck verified" thing seems to be looser than I thought. My pc will definitely run it smooth though.

Funny story. I've been eyeballing rogue trader on steam, Then it dropped in price, then they did a bundle with darkest dungeon and steam does a thing where if you own 1 of the things in the bundle they lower the price another 10% and then you started raving about it again so I paused & I bought it

Hell of a day for the underdogs in the womens u20 world cup. Canada took out France, Nigeria destroyed England, & Colombia defeated poland on the back of The goalie Luisa Agudela who delivered a hell of a performance all the while looking like an angel come from heaven. Womens soccer rules!!! ❤️

All I need to know about the whole wealth tax thing is that one guy spent 100 million dollars to try to stop it. He had enough money that he could easily afford to spend that much. Most of us would never know what to do with that money and and that's the amount he can easily just burn on politics.

I love my kids but because im not a sociopath I can picture an alternate reality where I didnt have them and I was able to live childless taking up less resources and when my time came, being able to leave my assets to people that need it. People who choose to not have kids are kind of heroes.

One positive of seeing a lopsided womens soccer game is you get to see the goalies show their stuff. Some of these games that went 7-0 could've easily been 15-0 if it hadn't been for the goalies being total badasses even though they were losing. Really impressive stuff.

Been going on a womens soccer kick because of tbe upcoming world cup and soccer might be the one sport that's just more fun to watch than the mens version. There's almost no flopping, lots of action, goals aplenty and obviously the ladies are beautiful! 😍

Started watching the showpiece TV show again. I had stopped watching for some.reaskn but man its lome I never left. So good. Some great characters but Alison Wright as Ruth from hospitality steals the show. The way she made me hate to then love her character is chef's kiss.
