If you want to get into pixel art/animation, I highly recommend Aseprite. It's on sale for ~$12 USD right now. It's the best pixel art tool out there for just about everything except tilemaps (it can do them, but there are specialized tilemap editors that handle them better.)

I received 12 of these emails from throwaway emails today. If you get any of these, ignore them/put them in junk. This is basically via hijacking tons of Twitch accounts to use their prime sub on you, then getting you to pay them after you get your payout. This is fraud/cyber theft.

Email from a scammer, the tl;dr is:
They want to give you prime subs and take 30% of what you are paid and want to communicate with you on this on Telegram, claiming this is safe (spoiler: it is NOT safe, it's a crime, you will get caught).

Messing around with some more toony styles. It's immediately apparent to me why animators used this kind of style back when they were drawing all the frames by hand. The simplified anatomy makes it so much faster.

Been looking for an uncomplicated DAW for a while now. Protools is waaaay overpriced, and its a subscription model which I'm 1000% against. FL Studio and Ableton are more geared toeards production. Simple recording without effects is more trouble than it's worth.

Update: the string spacing was correct, it's the neck width. It increases at too shallow of an angle. Something must have gone wrong with the trapezoid calculator I used. I figured it out myself, here's the fixed diagram

Rough plan for a 4 string, 24.75" scale length cigar box guitar. The body portion will go through a pocket cut in one side of the cigar box and butt up against the other side of the box. I'm gonna use hard rock maple, that will hopefully be strong enough to hold 4 strings without a truss rod.

Homebrew pickup for the cigar box guitar I'm making. Just need to find a smaller bar magnet & wax pot it. I would've cried if this didn't work, spent 2 hours winding it by hand. (>_<)
