Forgot to post this, but I made Orobon Stew back when it was cold out. Really rich, with loads of seasoning, and the taste was great. Super filling too, I found myself full after just one bowl. CUL - LVL 28

More cookbook, this time Spinach Saute with no actual spinach. Unfortunately I didn't like the replacement, gai lan, as much. Or would have liked it without the stems. Sauce was nice though. CUL Level 22

Made some Mashed Popotoes I will say that I've always made them with just heavy cream and butter, so the sour cream and cottage cheese was a bit weird. They didn't taste bad, but I do think I like the heavy cream better. Also they only asked for 1lb of potato and that made very little. CUL Lvl 21

Made honey muffins. Not really a baker or into most baked goods, but I really liked how these came out. The muffin was soft and the crumble was really tasty. So good I ate a 2nd one right away CUL Level 21

Happy Starlight! I love duck and this one was pretty great. The meat and skin was tasty, and the fruity stuffing and sweet glaze were tasty. I will say carving a duck is a pain and you end up with not enough meat to justify all the effort. CUL Level 20

Picking this back up on the new website These are from last December, but I never posted them Walnut bread was really good. Pretty sweet, and very thick and chewy. Super tasty. Also baking is nerve wracking since you can't really test you just gotta hope, so proud this cooked well CUL Level 18
