At a time when determination and direction were direly needed, Kettlewitch took the reins of Skywind's 3D team and pushed the project forward. He was a mentor and an inspiration to many.

Kettle was a longtime, active figure in the Bethesda modding community, and he was a prolific contributor during critical years of Skywind's development. He implemented complex 3D assets, animations, and weathers, and he also creatively used NifSkope to bring Morrowind mechanics back for Skywind.

Zafirbel Bay, on Azura’s Coast, is one of the final regions of Skywind currently undergoing level design. The tropical islands here host a handful of Telvanni towers, but are otherwise largely made up by untamed wilderness and lush terrain.
