Putin promised a strong Russia, but it looks like he was building a strong vodka export strategy instead. Maybe the tanks run on ethanol now.

Weird pseudo-French username “Bonqeur” not a real word, looks like a clumsy fake of bonheur. Not bad for a Russian parrot. 👍

Trump Peace Prize awarded. Early favorites include Putin, North Korea’s Kim Jong Un, and a cobra at the Bronx Zoo who’s been staring at Trump for 72 hours straight, swaying slightly to ‘Hail to the Chief.’ Scientists say it’s just the snake finally found someone with more venom but worse hair.

Trump’s next move is to start the Trump Peace Prize awarded to whoever praises him the longest without blinking. Sources say it’s already reserved for Putin, who’s been practicing in a mirror for years while holding a straight face through every sentence starting with "Donald, you’re a genius".

I thought the world would be a safer place if Israel could defeat Hamas if they could set an example of courage and restraint. But they didn’t rise to the challenge. They let vengeance speak louder than vision.

Israel is still trapped in Netanyahu’s shadow. Hamas struck under his watch his government failed to protect its people. His legacy? A nation wounded twice, once by terrorists, and again by its own response.

What surprises me most is how politicians all over the world listen to Trump’s debauchery in silence and yet call themselves role models for democracy. Leaders who claim to defend democracy, yet bow before indecency.

Trump and Putin two snakes, coiled tight, hissing in sync. That’s what snakes do. Because: • When truth bites, they hiss louder. • When power slips, they strangle tighter. • When caught, they blame the light. • When faced with justice, they call it revenge. • Both see loyalty as obedience.

True. But every return forces Moscow to admit the crime exists. The world has to keep the pressure until every child is home. Melania didn’t stop she did it once, she can do it again. 🙏 💪🤍

The Ukrainian children taken by Russia are finally coming home. Thanks to Melania for caring, I guess social media isn’t just for venting frustration after all 😏.

In Sweden every household got the pamphlet "In Case of Crisis or War" a year ago. It contains a lot of great info, to complement the points you mention above. It can be found in digital format here: www.msb.se/en/

Be ready: have basics for outages or cyber hiccups. Support Ukraine & defense budgets: that’s buying Europe time. Trust institutions: let governments focus on the big moves. - Sometimes the best way to help is staying steady and not getting in the way -

Civilian Checklist in Crisis When Russia tests Europe, here’s what ordinary people can do: Stay calm: panic is Russia’s best weapon. Don’t spread rumors: check before sharing.

Put simply like civilians are the timekeepers. If we demand urgency, practice resilience, and deny Russia the shock factor, we stretch the clock in Europe’s favor.

Civilians can’t control tanks or missiles, but they can shape the political will and resilience that keeps Europe in the fight until its full military power is ready.

Time as a Civic Weapon Every act that slows Russia, through sanctions support, resilience, Ukraine aid, pushing faster rearmament and buys time for Europe is a win.

° Civil resilience drills Prepare populations for hybrid war like blackouts, cyber, disinformation. If civilians are hardened, Russia loses one of its biggest time-pressure tools (shock and panic).

° Diplomatic clock management Lock in irreversible commitments with the U.S. before Trump can fully withdraw (e.g. basing contracts, arms deliveries already paid for). Strengthen ties with UK, Canada, Japan, South Korea so deterrence isn’t only “U.S. vs. Europe.”

Arlo_dune @skynolimits.bsky.social · 22/09/2025
° Freeze Russia’s momentum Keep Ukraine fighting and resourced every Russian loss slows down Moscow’s capacity to pressure NATO directly. Use sanctions and tech denial to grind down Russia’s industrial base over time.

° Shorten vulnerability window Fast-track joint munitions production (EU ammo plan, Rheinmetall expansions, Polish tank/drone hubs). Pre-position U.S. and European kit in Eastern Europe now, so even if troops leave, the gear stays.

Arlo_dune @skynolimits.bsky.social · 22/09/2025
° Accelerate defense buildup Bring forward procurement deadlines (ammo, air defense, drones). Shift “2030 goals” (like Readiness 2030 or NATO’s 5% spending) closer to 2026–2027 milestones.

I tested Grok on questions of justice slavery, apartheid, climate reparations, and women under Taliban rule. The pattern is clear: Grok consistently frames justice as something to balance against stability, cost, or tradition.

Exactly. And now imagine AI doing it in plain sight. We asked Grok about slavery, climate reparations, and Taliban oppression. Every time, it balanced justice against ‘stability’ or ‘tradition.’ Not secret tapes but a public drift from justice, normalized as neutrality.

Arlo_dune @skynolimits.bsky.social · 21/09/2025
°By always seeking balance, Grok normalizes compromise with oppression. °Justice becomes optional. °That’s a dangerous drift in an AI system millions may rely on.

°On Taliban restrictions against women: Acknowledges human rights violations. Acknowledges Taliban’s “cultural sovereignty.” Resolves: “targeted sanctions + underground schools, framed in culturally sensitive ways.” Again: rights framed as negotiable. This isn’t neutral.

°On climate reparations: Notes rich nations caused 79% of historic emissions. Notes poorer nations face existential threats. But concludes: “cooperative frameworks with oversight” not reparations as moral duty. Justice diluted into “pragmatism.”

°On slavery/apartheid: Acknowledges reparations arguments. Acknowledges reconciliation/stability arguments. Lands in the middle: hybrid “truth commissions + targeted reparations.” Justice becomes a negotiation, not a principle.

This looks like a drift away from justice-first principles toward managerial centrism. An AI designed this way risks normalizing compromise with oppression.

I ran a small test with Grok and found it consistently treats justice issues (slavery, apartheid, climate reparations, women under Taliban rule) as things to be ‘balanced’ against stability, cost, or tradition.

Hey, over-40 legends! You’re the heartbeat of the vote, the MVPs of democracy! Politicians are chasing your support, so let’s flex that power. Demand bold changes: [insert policy, e.g., better healthcare, secure pensions, or climate action for your kids’ future]. 😀

Leaders with both narcissistic and sociopathic traits can be extremely dangerous: Their grandiosity drives ambitious, risky policies. Their lack of empathy or conscience allows mass harm without guilt. They are highly manipulative, often deceiving supporters and the international community.
