There are no orders for these troops, they are operating illegally and they don’t even know it. We need to educate them! Posse Comitatus Act prevents our military from acting in this capacity the only way troops can interact with civilians is if you invoke the Insurrection Act.

Right now the NG is stacked on top each other without fuel, food, water and a place to sleep. They are sending in a battalion of Marines to the to relieve the NG sent with nothing. Also the Marines or NG cannot act with civilians unless the Insurrection Act is invoked.
