A selection of ads at the Ottawa International Airport featuring AI, mines, and weapons manufacturing.

Add for Cohere AI that says:
Your data.
Your infrastructure.
Cohere keeps it that way.

Your democratic rights exist by virtue of Treaty allowing you to live in Alberta. The National Post is not a real newspaper.

An image or director David Lynch appearing in his own television show, Twin Peaks the Return, dressed as FBI Bureau Chief Gordon Cole (played by David Lynch) captioned “Fix your hearts or die!” in all caps. He said this to others at their workplace to demand respect and acceptance for trans DEA agent Denise Bryson.

A thneed was marketed as an all-purpose product that everyone needed. It was marketed as essential and highly versatile, but it was actually a useless fad that destroyed the environment and made the Once-ler a billionaire. Our internet needs less thneeds.

An image from Dr. Seuss’ The Lorax, where the Lorax character is admiring a pink thneed made from the foliage of the truffula tree. The green hands of the Once-ler are holding up the thneed. The thneed vaguely looks like a sweater, but it's unclear what it is.

Please, do say more about how land settlers came to 500 years ago isn’t actually theirs.

Quote from Donald Trump about how Greenland isn’t owned by Denmark because “they had a boat land there 500 years ago” white background black type saying: “I'm a big fan of Denmark, they've been very nice to me. But the fact they had a boat land there 500 years ago doesn't mean they own the land. I'm sure we had lots of boats go there also."

What a fun post by the Department of Homeland Security and the White House. Nothing like pride in heritage propaganda.

Facebook post from the United States Department of Homeland Security with the White House depicting pride in the form of the painting “American Progress” by John Gast, which is considered to be the visual representation of Manifest Destiny and the assimilation of Indigenous people in America.

I don't think people understand the physical cost of the technologies we use and how close we are to being under the complete control of tech oligarchies.
