Genderfluid definitely feels like an option. Like an online test asked if I'd physically switch genders if I could, and yeah I can see myself switching back and forth depending on the mood like my sona's species (at the very least I do feel like I'm non-conforming or nonbinary).

Reward by @paradoxian.bsky.social! Getting turned into a Pokemon with no clear way back to human form can be a heck of a life change...but it seems this transformed Trainer feels she can adapt to her new circumstances! #PostTF #TFEveryday #TF

On top of a bench sits a female Pokemon Trainer who has been transformed into a Floragato. Although she resembles one, she stands out with her green, human-shaped eyes, long blond human hair with light blue highlights and a short, high, tied ponytail, a sideways-worn visor of light and dark blue, a dark blue sleeveless jacket, a light blue undershirt, a backpack and dark blue shorts. As a Floragato, she is a bipedal, light green feline Pokemon with a short tail, green digitigrade feet, green flexible paw-like hands with claws, and fangs.

She is explaining to an offscreen human her circumstances with a calm frown as she says, "...and that's how I got turned into a Floragato. I've talked with some scientists...and it looks like I miiight be stuck like this indefinitely." The offscreen human replies, "Oh jeez. Think you'll be okay living like that?"

The same picture as before, but the Floragato-transformed Trainer is now smiling instead. She says, "...Honestly, we think I can make it work! Sure, I'll have to get used to taking care of my fur...and being short...and having a tail...but otherwise, I'm still able to be a Trainer and take care of my Pokemon. ...And I don't have to worry about being caught by a Poke Ball or anything like that."

The transformed Floragato Pokemon Trainer without text, frowning.

Maybe? I'm fine with being male for the most part but admittedly the male steryotypes don't fit me at all and the expectations that come from being male stress me out. I do also like to imagine what life would be like if I was female instead, something about it just feels... intriguing?

Coincidentally October 11 is National Coming Out day too, and while I am cis I do sometimes wish I was female instead... if I had my sona's shapeshifting powers I would undoubtedly be spending some time as one

I'm turning into a biiig planedragon as I walk onto an airport runway. My luggage is now tiiiny as I keep grooowing and growing as my tiny human clothes stand no chance, as I get big doofy goggles and taps my new claws and sigh, slipping my new metallic dragon tail about as wings and engines grow out.
"Well," I go, "I guess this is ONE way to avoid those LUDICROUS baggage fees...
"Might even MAKE a little money this trip... Ah well..."

#Octransfur Day 7: Radiant I wanted to browse some of the dealers at the fair and one of them had these pretty pendants. But as I got close to see its details it began emitting this blue energy and I started shrinking! And now the merchant won't even help me until I pay! #transfur #tfsky

Skylar is a Synth taurtrain shrinking as he holds a pendant. It is radiating a blue aura that is causing Skylar to shrink, currently half the size of the nearby lava lamp (that is also radiating transformation energy). He is looking up at the merchant as he tries to figure out how to reverse its shrinkage.

Skylar: "Hey, um, how do I stop this from shrinking me?"
Merchant: "Sorry, but if you trigger it, you buy it."
Skylar: "...But I didn't even touch it!"

#octransfur Day 6: Behind They couldn't fix the error that was keeping the headset stuck on me so they decided to just let me keep it. Now I get to experiment with the commands! Though I should probably read what they do first instead of looking behind me for the results... #transfur #tfsky

Skylar is a Synth taur typing on a floating keyboard, testing out how to control the nanites with commands. He has added LED strips to his sides as a test. Curious, he types in a command that changes his "TaurBase" attribute to x4, resulting in him gaining 2 extra pairs of legs (for a total of 8 legs) and his lower torso tripling in length.

Skylar: "Hmm, so these commands control how the nanites change my body... What happens if I change this "TaurBase" value?"

Skylar post-tf: "Oh..."

CW: SFW Dragonite belly at a low angle and belly patting Kylee loves turning into various Pokemon to experience different shapes. Becoming a Dragonite for the first time, here she discovers a love for their cute big tummies! Comm by @paradoxian.bsky.social! #KyleeHoward #PostTF #TFEveryday #TF

A low angle shot of Kylee Howard, a Pokemon Trainer transformed from a human into a Dragonite. She resembles a Dragonite, a pear-shaped orange dragon Pokemon with the only differences being her keeping her long blue hair and purple-blue eyes, as well as having a longer tail. She also is wearing part of one of her Trainer outfits consisting of an unzipped shirt-jacket, a visor, a Trainer's bag, and fingerless gloves in a black/red/white color scheme.

Standing on a green plain in daytime, the viewer's perspective shows her at a low angle, emphasizing Kylee's large Dragonite belly. Kylee herself is smiling with a teeth-showing grin as she pats her belly and says, "Hee hee! Now I get why people love these big bellies - this feels great!"

The same picture as before, but without the dialogue.

#Octransfur Day 3: Baking It's risky to buy food at a tf fair cause it'll likely tf you somehow. I knew these cookies would turn me into the animal they represented, but I wanted to see what would happen if I ate two at once. Turns out you can become a griffin this way! #transfur #tfsky

Skylar is in front of a cookie booth at a fair, currently a Hakamo-o. He holds a lion and a blue jay cookie in his hands, knowing that these cookies would turn him into whatever animal it represents. He wonders what would happen if he eats both at the same time and gives into his curiosity, resulting in him turning into an anthro griffin half bird and half lion.

Skylar: "So, this bird cookie would turn me into a bird while this lion cookie would turn me into a lion... What happens if I eat both at the same time?"

Skylar after turning into a griffin: "Now this is what I'm talking about!"

It's time for #Octransfur! Day 1: Fair I went to a transformation fair that's open for the month! I had planned to go as an anthro blue jay, but it seems my friend had other ideas for me. Oh well, at least I can enjoy it for free! And I won a competition! #transfur #tfsky #furryart

Skylar is at a fair as a Ponyta in an equine show. He has won the "best pony 2026" award. A friend off screen is guiding him with reigns that they've attached to him. Skylar looks at his friend unamused at having to be a Ponyta, slightly embarrassed that he won.

Skylar: "I still don't understand why you made me register as a Ponyta for a fair known for transforming its visitors"

Friend: "Well, "pets" like you get free entry and can compete in events. Like, you won the "Best Pony" award! That's free tickets and food vouchers!"
